The Society for Corporate Governance will be closed beginning at 1pm ET on December 24 through January 1, as we give our staff time to rest, recharge, and enjoy the holidays with their loved ones. We will reopen on January 2 with limited staffing, as many team members will be using personal time. We appreciate your understanding, and look forward to reconnecting in the new year.
