Essentials will be held at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, 321 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304. There are two Westin’s please make sure you use this address.

Reservations for the conference rate of $349/night may be made through Monday, January 6, 2025, or until the room block is sold out. The conference rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the program, based on availability. The room block will fill up quickly, visit the hotel website to make a reservation or call 888-627-7108. Please take note of the hotel’s cancellation policy. Please note that the Westin is a non smoking hotel.

*By reserving in the group block, you consent to The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort sharing information including your name, dates of stay, confirmation numbers, and/or room type with the Society in connection with your hotel reservations for this event.

COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment
In keeping with the Society's duty to care and responsibility as host of this program, we strongly encourage attendees and speakers to be tested for COVID prior to traveling to this event. Individuals who test positive should stay home.  If you're unable to attend, you will still have access to the program materials or you can transfer your registration to a colleague who is able to attend.
